Blue Wave Aquatics handles all swim team, swim lessons, and clinics payments through Club Assistant.

Membership

Membership with Blue Wave Aquatics allows you to decide how many times per week you will swim or drop in when it is convenient for you.

Membership includes over 20 professionally coached workouts per week, entry in swim meets through USMS, and sponsor discounts on swim equipment, swim suits and clothing.

Swim Lessons

Blue Wave Aquatics offers a significant discount on our swim lesson program through Tri Time Swimming. This discount is available to non Blue Wave Aquatic Members.

Swim lessons register through Club Assistant. Once registered you may select the swim lesson program that best suits your needs.

USMS Registration

Blue Wave Aquatics requires all members to register with United States Masters Swimming.

Registration with USMS is based on an annual subscription and includes access to their website, their magagazine and additional benefits found on their website. USMS provides our secondary insurance. Signing up for Blue Wave Aquatics and USMS is easy through Club Assistant.

Payment Options

Recurring credit / debit card is the preferred payment method. The monthly transaction will be processed on the 1st of each month.
Cash or Check will continue to be accepted. Payments are due on the 1st of the month. If paying by check please make the check payable to Blue Wave Aquatics. You may give your Coach the check or mail it to

Scholarship Fund

Blue Wave Aquatics offers a scholarship fund to swimmers in need of short term financial assistance. To apply for a scholarship, please complete the Scholarship Fund form and return it to your Coach or a Board Member. All scholarship fund information is kept strictly confidential. All scholarship applications require Board approval.

Late Payment Policy

Payments are due the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by the 15th of the month, a late fee of $10.00 will be assessed. If full payment is not received by the beginning of the following month, swimming privileges will be revoked. Invoices for all outstanding balances will be mailed the 10th of each month.

Open Water Swim Special - unlimited open water practices. Valid June, July, August.	$45.00

Quarterly payments must be paid with cash or check at the beginning of each fiscal quarter [January, April, July, October].

Update or Cancel Account and Refund Policy

NOTIFY Blue Wave Aquatics' Treasurer by email treasurer@bluewave-aquatics.com to cancel or change your account before the end of the month. Cancellations or changes will take effect the following month. Refund of monthly dues for serious injury, illness, or family emergencies only! Refunds require board approval and are not issued on punch cards.
