Please register for open water swims - this helps us schedule coaches so that all experience levels can benefit!
You do not need to be an experienced open water swimmer to join in. You must have a wetsuit, bright colored cap, and be able to swim 300 yards continuously before coming out. In two weeks we will be having an intro to open water swimming which is where beginning swimmers who swim less than 300 yards can be supported in increasing endurance, comfort and skill.
We need a minimum of 8 swimmers to commit for each lake swim workout - confirmation the workouts are on will be sent out at the end of the week! Register online at the link below ...
